Hey everyone, thank you for joining this week's episode. If you are a Gen Xer, you may be experiencing perimenopause or menopause.

For the last ten years, if not longer, I've been dealing with something that has caused me much confusion and frustration. It is perimenopause. I don't know why this topic is so taboo, but we will discuss it. I don't know about you, but it sucks. I have been dealing with night sweats, brain fog, lack of concentration, you name it. I hate it. It's got to the point where I've gained weight, and I'm thinking, what in the entire fuck? So, I did my research, cut back on things, and added some things I've come up with. My body can't tolerate alcohol and sugar. I quit drinking and lost 9 pounds. So far, so good, and I'm still fun at parties, probably yes, but that's beside the point.
